Milky, creamy, smooth and silky - there is nothing better than mozzarella, except, of course, homemade and hand pulled mozzarella! We'll need to know what we are working with so while we sample a few different styles of fresh mozzarella, we'll have a mini lesson on how cheese is made and the ingredients involved (and how to source them). Then, we'll up our sleeves - literally have to do this if you're wearing long sleeves- to hand transform curds into beautiful balls of fresh mozzarella! We'll have a selection of sparkling water on hand but feel free to BYOB. At Green Apron Kitchen, we work together in teams of 4 to 5 per table to learn, create and cook.
