Bring on the pumpkin! We love fall's favorite flavor and have come up with a celebration of recipes that include both sweet and savory applications! This is a menu that cannot be beat if you are team pumpkin!! In class we will create recipes such as Spiced Pumpkin Donuts, Pumpkin Ravioli, Pumpkin Bisque, Quinoa and Pumpkin Seed Granola, and a delicious Pumpkin Goat Cheese Pizza. Finally a pumpkin spice latte to keep us going through it all.

We will do our best to make our classes as educational and fun as ever. Class ending times may vary but we guarantee finishing all recipes and getting to sample it all (or take it home if ou prefer). Please wear closed-toed shoes and wear your hair up off your shoulders. Bring a beverage to drink if you wish. We will also provide aprons. We will have filtered water to drink. Byob if you wish.

REFUND POLICY – Our classes are popular and often sell out! You must cancel your registration at least 7 days in advance of the class date to receive the opportunity to raincheck your tickets to another class (there is a fee to do so). We do not offer refunds for any reason, including Covid related issues. There is a $25 fee (per ticket) to raincheck your tickets to another future class, which is due at the time that you move your tickets. You can raincheck your tickets by calling the school at 718-676-792 or by emailing us your request to raincheck at info@greenapronkitchen.com. Tickets canceled the day before or on the day of class will not receive a refund or rain check opportunity for any reason (even Covid / exposure related – we simply cannot accommodate for this). You may gift or sell your tickets to someone else (for no fee) if you are not able to come- this is the best option if you have to cancel. We must have at least 5 adults registered to conduct class. Otherwise it will be cancelled.
