Chef - in - training

Aspiring chefs  ages 12 to 15 can enjoy this hands on experience in our teaching kitchen. CITs arrive before start time and work with the chef to plan the day's activities. They assist younger children during our morning recipes and then get to participate during afternoon sessions/recipes. They also help break down and set up  the kitchen between recipes and take on special tasks like innovative game creation and doing blind tastings with our little chefs.  CITs enjoy a 25 % discount on week long workshops. We do not accept CITs by the day.
