Step into the kitchen and experience what it's like to train in a real culinary school! Young chefs will work at their own chef station while learning professional techniques including knife skills, sautéing, sauce making, fresh pasta, baking, plating, and kitchen organization.
Campers will prepare 4–5 recipes from scratch every day, including snacks, lunch, and dessert, while gaining confidence and real culinary skills in a fun, hands-on environment.
