A day of hands-on cooking, Italian food traditions, and plenty of tasting! Children will make their own breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack while learning kitchen skills and the stories behind the dishes.
Drop-off: 9:00 AM
Pick-up: 3:00 PM

Mini Italian frittatas with mozzarella and vegetables, plus fresh fruit

Handmade pasta with homemade marinara sauce, garlic bread, and a simple Italian salad
Afternoon snack
Cannoli cups: children mix the filling and build their own dessert with crushed cannoli shells and chocolate chips
Between cooking sessions, campers can decorate an Italian food passport and learn a few everyday Italian phrases. Drop-off camp at Green Apron Kitchen Brooklyn.
