This camp will teach kids how to work in a kitchen and increase their skills in order to open their own restaurant.

Each day, after breakfast,  campers will be introduced to their day's ingredients and focus on new flavors. We'll spend time getting to know the ingredients and talking about cooking technique as well as the different cuisines the ingredients are used in. Then, it's up to them to make a meal!  They will challenge themselves to make a specialty dish using their new ingredients.

 

  • Monday:
  • Snack: Whipped ricotta pancakes
  • Lunch: Steak Au poivre w/ roast potatoes & Classic wedge salad
  • Dessert: Olive oil cake with berry sauce 

 

  • Tuesday:
  • Breakfast: Classic British Scones
  • Lunch: Black linguini w/ Herb Marinara  & Caesar Salad
  • Dessert: Creme brulee

 

  • Wednesday:
  • Breakfast: Custom Quiche
  • Lunch: Pomegranate glazed salmon with a fennel slaw
  • Dessert: Palmieres

  • Lunch: Homemade Tagliatelli w. gorgonzola pear cream sauce
