Learn how to make a fresh pasta dough to create classic stuffed ravioli with a fresh ricotta and lemon zest filling.  Families will go home with enough ravioli for a family of 6 to enjoy for dinner! We will make heart shapes and color and flavor dough and filling for fun mix and match ravioli!
