Meal Prep

We can provide healthy meals for your family or schedule a class for your family to come and learn to prep together.

Family Classes are booked privately for Sunday Mornings at 9AM. They are 3 hours long and focus on two dinner preps, two breakfast preps and two snack preps. The cost for a family of 4 is $750 and includes the meals sent home in prep containers.

How it works...

Meals must be ordered Wednesday for Monday delivery. Deliveries are dropped at your desired location in a cold case and are cooked fresh - so they are to be consumed within 3 days of delivery or frozen upon receipt for future use.
